Sunday, September 16, 2012, 11 AM – 5 PM

The Art in the Square Festival is a must-do on September 15th & 16th in Gainesville’s Historic Downtown Square. An event made popular with artists and collectors statewide will feature original art work by professional artists and artisans from all over the southeast. Spend your day with working artists; enjoy live demonstrations, plein air painting, raku pottery firings and more. There will be entertainment including belly dancing, live music, and great food from local restaurants.

Artists will be displaying fine art, original oil paintings, unique pottery, hand-made jewelry and other fine crafts; you will see it all at Downtown Gainesville’s Ninth Annual Art In The Square! Saturday, September 15, 2012, 10 AM – 5 PM and Sunday, September 16, 2012, 11AM – 5PM

Sky Valley’s “SPARKS IN THE PARK ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW” is back FOR 2012. This show kicks off the Annual Independence Day Celebration in Sky Valley, a tradition that brings more people to our city than any other time of year. This event is a celebration of all types of arts and crafts. The “SPARKS IN THE PARK ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW” will be held on Saturday, June 30th and July 1, 2012.
