Having recently retired from my 9-to-5 career as a graphics and technical designer, I can now devote my full time to my passion for painting.

I take my inspirations primarily from the beauty of my western Carolina mountains and from my many travels around North America and Europe. (I hope to sample the rest of the world, too, eventually.) When I'm not painting, I'm playing bridge, playing my piano or playing with my Tibetan spaniel Kira, my britanny Jake or my husband.


I also took ballroom dancing for 20 years and still do some of that whenever the opportunity presents itself --but my husband doesn't dance a lick so those times are rare.
